A Wolverhampton van driver has been banned from driving after being caught drink-driving following a domestic disagreement. On 11 July, police officers were called to Connaught Road in Wolverhampton in response to a reported row involving Dilbagh Bhakar. Upon their arrival, officers asked Bhakar to exit the van, where it was discovered he was under the influence of alcohol.
