The West Midlands' top-performing GP surgeries have been revealed following the 2026 GP Patient Survey. Patients across the region evaluated their local practices on various aspects, including the quality of care provided by GPs, ease of contacting the surgery, and the overall experience when attending appointments.
Among the highest-rated surgeries were Queslett Medical Centre in Great Barr and Dr Kulshrestha Family Practice in Winson Green, each achieving an outstanding 97% of patients rating them as good or very good. This level of satisfaction indicates that nearly all patients were pleased with the service received.
Several other surgeries also scored impressively, with patient approval ratings exceeding 93%. The survey gathered feedback on areas such as telephone and online accessibility for booking appointments, alongside the standard of care offered.
