TSB is urging customers to take advantage of its generous switching offer before the deadline on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. By moving to a new Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus account—or even switching from an existing TSB account—customers can earn up to £200 in rewards.
To claim the initial £150, simply log into the TSB app and deposit a total of at least £1,000 into your TSB account. After that, make five or more payments with your new TSB debit card to secure the bonus.
For an additional £50, deposit another £1,000 into your account in April 2026, and TSB will credit the amount by May 31, 2026.

The bank will handle transferring your existing account balance to your new TSB current account and will also take care of closing your previous account. You can continue to use your old account until the sixth day of the switch, but note that any new payments set up during this period won’t transfer automatically.
TSB will copy over your payee details and transfer all your active Direct Debits and standing orders to your new account. They will also notify payers of your updated details and redirect regular income—such as salary, pension, or benefits payments—to your TSB account. Additionally, payments sent to your old account will be automatically redirected to your new one.
However, customers will need to manually update payment details for services linked to their debit card, such as streaming subscriptions. Any existing arranged overdrafts must be reapplied for with TSB when opening your new account.
Finally, to continue using mobile payment options, customers should update their card details within Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other relevant apps, as these changes won’t be done automatically.
