The White House has issued a stern warning that former President Donald Trump is “prepared to unleash hell” on Iran if the regime refuses to comply with Washington’s demands. Karoline Leavitt, Trump’s press secretary, delivered the message during a press briefing, emphasizing that US forces continue to significantly degrade Iran’s military capabilities.
Leavitt described Operation Epic Fury as a “resounding military triumph” and insisted the United States prefers peace but will not hesitate to escalate if necessary. “President Trump does not bluff and he is prepared to unleash hell. Iran should not miscalculate again,” she asserted.
Highlighting the consequences Iran has already faced, Leavitt said, “Their last miscalculation cost them their senior leadership, their navy, their air force, and their air defense system.” She warned that further violence will only occur if the Iranian regime refuses to grasp the severity of its position.

Leavitt added that if Iran resists the US terms, Trump “will ensure they are hit harder than they have ever been hit before.” Despite ongoing negotiations between the US and Iran, she declined to provide detailed updates, cautioning against media speculation over the reported 15-point ceasefire plan. While acknowledging some truth in the plan, she said not all reported details were accurate.
Iran has condemned US demands as “excessive” and declared it will end the conflict on its own terms, according to state media reports. When asked about the potential deployment of US ground troops should talks fail, Leavitt called the question hypothetical and deferred to the commander in chief’s discretion.
This firm stance comes alongside Trump’s recent approval of sending over 1,000 additional troops from the 82nd Airborne Division to the Middle East, underscoring the US readiness to escalate military actions despite ongoing peace efforts.
