A fatal collision between a motorcycle and a car occurred this morning at the junction of Stratford Road and Shipston Road near Newbold on Stour in Warwickshire. West Midlands Ambulance Service responded promptly after receiving the call at 10:06 am on Tuesday, May 26.
Emergency responders, including an ambulance crew, a paramedic officer, and the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance, arrived quickly at the scene. Despite their efforts, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the location due to severe injuries sustained in the crash.
The driver of the car, a woman, suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. She received treatment at the scene before being transported to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed that two patients were attended to at the incident, emphasizing the tragic outcome for the motorcyclist and confirming the female driver’s injuries and subsequent hospital transfer.
