Tesco is shaking up its popular Meal Deal by introducing a trial of hot breakfast and lunch options across 39 stores in the UK. This exciting change will allow Clubcard holders to enjoy a wider variety of hot meals as part of the £5.50 deal, enhancing convenience and flavor for customers on the go.
The new trial features a range of hot items including sausage rolls, croissants, and paninis. Customers can also choose from a variety of sides and beverages, such as fruit pots, chilled coffees, smoothies, and fresh juices, all included in the Meal Deal offer.
Additionally, Tesco is rolling out a new selection of chilled breakfast-to-go products in larger stores to cater to busy mornings. Innovative options like the Tesco Butter Beans & Chorizo Egg Pot, Banoffee Overnight Oats, and Strawberry Compote with Granola and Greek Style Yoghurt promise a quick and tasty start to the day.

The hot meal deal lineup boasts delicious choices including the Beechwood Smoked Bacon Brioche Roll, Cumberland Pork Sausage Brioche Roll, Sausage, Bacon & Scrambled Eggs Wrap, Smoked Ham & Mature Cheddar Croissant, Smoked Ham & Mature Cheddar Panini, Mozzarella, Tomato & Pesto Panini, and Tuna, Cheese & Onion Melt Panini.
This initiative arrives at the same time Tesco announced the expansion of its Tesco Sustainable Pig Group (TSPG), with pig supply increasing by nearly 30 percent to support British pig farmers long-term.
