Superior Care Midlands has submitted an application to Sandwell Council requesting permission to extend the facility located on Oakham Road. The proposal involves demolishing two adjacent bungalows to make room for a three-storey extension. This new structure would add 32 additional en-suite bedrooms to the existing 40-bed care home, along with four further rooms, greatly increasing the home’s accommodation capacity.
