At approximately 5pm, Wolverhampton Council operators, who monitor the city centre’s CCTV network, alerted nearby police officers to the situation.
Police detained two boys, aged 17 and 14, on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon. A knuckleduster was recovered during the arrest.
