Developer Taylor Wimpey aims to build up to 600 homes on agricultural land located west of Chester Road and north of Little Hardwick Road.
Although the initial screening opinion assessment was submitted earlier this month, the application was withdrawn within two weeks. A representative from planning consultancy Lichfields has confirmed that an outline planning application will be filed soon with Walsall Council.
