The incident occurred on May 5th when Henry was playing with friends and family in the neighborhood. According to Northamptonshire Police, Henry was riding his bike when the rider of an electric scooter hit him, causing the young boy to fall and sustain a fractured skull. Emergency services rushed Henry to Northampton General Hospital, and due to the severity of his injuries, he was transferred to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
