Located off Wobaston Road, the vacant four-storey building, which Lloyds Banking Group occupied since its construction in 1995, was vacated at the end of 2025 following the bank’s relocation to Birmingham.
Developers Erdgard, in partnership with the Richardson family from Oldbury, have submitted a planning application to the City of Wolverhampton Council proposing the demolition of the existing building to construct three large commercial units.
