These funds come from two main sources: the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 agreements, both of which are payments made by developers to support local infrastructure and community projects linked to new developments within the borough. The council collected £2,778,360 in CIL payments and £2,017,394 through Section 106 agreements, totaling £4,795,754.
