The pair appeared before Birmingham Magistrates’ Court on May 7, each facing three charges. The first allegation involves the unauthorized dumping of wooden boards from a Mercedes Sprinter van on Crick Lane, Handsworth, on July 9, 2024, without the required permit. The second charge concerns their failure to comply with a notice issued by Birmingham City Council seeking information to identify the driver of the vehicle at the time of the incident.
