This funding boost will enable MTVH to enhance the supply of homes across various tenures, including social rent, affordable rent, shared ownership, and key worker housing. MTVH’s ambitious MTVH 2030 strategy aims to deliver 6,000 new homes, with around 4,000 currently under construction as part of its extensive development programme.
