Nixon, already serving a suspended sentence for a previous offense, was stopped by police on December 15 last year after officers followed his Seat Arona from Frankley Beeches Road into a car park. A roadside drug test revealed he had 9 micrograms per liter (µg/L) of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in his system — significantly exceeding the legal limit of 2 µg/L.
