The project, led by Sue Boden of the Walsall NHS Trust, aims to provide much-needed quality accommodation for NHS staff in the area.
Hatherton House, a mid-19th century building situated within the Lichfield Street Conservation Area, has a storied past. Once operating as a nursery, the building famously featured vibrant polka-dot decorations from 2013 until 2018, when it was restored to its traditional white exterior.
