The Lost Lounge, located on the first floor of the Grade II Listed Victorian Arcade shopping centre within the Bridge Street Conservation Area, was described by applicants Simviraj Ltd as “very rundown.” The proposal, submitted by agent Naim Choudhury, aimed to preserve key historic features of the building while making minor interior alterations to create the apartments.
