Solihull Man Charged After Drugs and Weapon Seized in Birmingham Raid

A 28-year-old man from Solihull has been charged after West Midlands Police seized a significant quantity of Class-A drugs and an offensive weapon during a raid in Birmingham.

Officers conducted the search at an address on Marshbrook Close on Friday, February 20, where they recovered the illegal substances and an extendable baton.

Jiajie Lin appeared before Birmingham Magistrates' Court on February 23, charged with possession with intent to supply Class-A drugs, possession of Class-A drugs, and possession of an offensive weapon. Following his hearing, Lin was remanded in custody pending further proceedings.
