Santa’s Grottos Around Birmingham for Christmas 2025 – Featuring Magical Train and Boat Adventures

This Christmas season, Birmingham and the West Midlands are brimming with enchanting opportunities to meet Santa Claus. From garden centers to themed attractions, and even special train and boat rides, there’s a magical grotto experience waiting for every family.

Highlights include festive visits at the National Sea Life Centre, Cadbury World, West Midlands Safari Park, and Dudley Canal and Caverns. Santa will also be making appearances at renowned spots like Warwick Castle, Alton Towers, Drayton Manor, and beyond.

One of the standout experiences is the Polar Express train departing from Birmingham Moor Street Station. This event brings the beloved 2004 film to life with delightful characters, hot chocolate, cookies, and a memorable journey to Santa’s grotto.

Santa’s Grotto returns at the National Sea Life Centre Birmingham from November 29 to Christmas Eve. After exploring aquatic wonders like sharks and penguins, children can visit Santa and receive a special gift. Tickets are priced at £8.50 per person, with admission to the attraction required on the same day.

At Cadbury World, join Father Christmas in a magical workshop showcase from November 22 to December 24, featuring singing, magic, and festive inventions. Santa’s live stage show is perfect for a fun-filled family outing.

West Midlands Safari Park offers the immersive Santa Safari, complete with an enchanting elevator ride to Santa’s door, a gift pick from the Elves' Workshop, and access to animal encounters, festive shows, and the park’s Christmas pantomime.
