Ryanair Unveils 100 New Cabin Crew Jobs at London Stansted

Ryanair has announced the creation of 100 new cabin crew positions at its London Stansted base, marking a significant expansion in its UK workforce. This addition supports the airline’s ambitious goal to serve 300 million passengers annually by 2034.

Jade Kirwan, Ryanair’s spokesperson, commented on April 24: “We’re thrilled to offer 100 new cabin crew roles at London Stansted to bolster Ryanair’s growth targets. We’re seeking motivated individuals passionate about joining Europe’s largest and most affordable airline.”

To attract candidates, Ryanair hosted a recruitment event at the Radisson Blu Hotel near Stansted Airport. Attendees learned about the airline’s operations, the responsibilities of cabin crew, and the comprehensive benefits package, which includes competitive pay and heavily discounted travel across Ryanair’s extensive network of over 235 destinations.

Kirwan added: “Working with Ryanair means fast-tracked career growth and exciting benefits like discounted travel across Europe. We encourage anyone interested to visit our upcoming recruitment event on Monday, 27 April, at the Radisson Blu Hotel to explore these opportunities firsthand.”

This recruitment drive follows Ryanair’s recent announcement to extend check-in and bag drop closing times to one hour before departure starting November 2026, up from the current 40 minutes. This change aims to give passengers extra time to navigate security and passport controls, helping reduce missed flights due to queues.

With these strategic initiatives, Ryanair continues to enhance both its workforce and customer experience, poised to meet soaring travel demand.
