Police Seek Man in Connection with Upskirting Incident Targeting Teenage Girl at B&M

Devon and Cornwall Police have launched an urgent appeal to identify a man involved in an upskirting incident targeting a teenage girl inside a B&M store in Plymouth.

The incident occurred around 3 pm on Thursday, November 20, at the B&M located on Cornwall Street. Authorities say the victim was subjected to an upskirting offense—a criminal act where someone takes a photograph underneath a person’s clothing without their consent.

Police have released an image of the suspect, urging anyone who recognizes him or has relevant information to come forward. “We are investigating this serious offense and believe the man pictured may hold crucial information to assist our inquiries,” a police spokesperson stated.
