Peter Kay delighted fans with an exciting announcement on BBC’s The One Show today. The beloved comedian confirmed that he will be adding the final dates to his hugely successful Better Late Than Never tour, with performances scheduled for 2026.
Launched in 2022, the tour has been extended several times due to overwhelming demand. Now, Peter Kay revealed that the last leg of his tour will see all profits donated to 12 different cancer charities, highlighting his commitment to supporting vital causes.
Speaking on the programme, Peter said: “It’s finishing next year, and I am announcing the last lot of shows but all profits are going to cancer charities.” He listed the benefitting organizations: Children with Cancer UK, Teenage Cancer Trust, Kidney Cancer UK, Blood Cancer UK, Bowel Cancer UK, Prostate Cancer UK, DKMS, Ovarian Cancer Action, Pancreatic Cancer UK, Anthony Nolan, The Brain Tumour Charity, and Breast Cancer Now.

He added, “Unfortunately, everybody knows someone who’s been affected on that list, and I just hope people support it. Come to the shows, that’s why I’m here. You don’t even have to like me, it goes beyond that. This is about supporting those charities.”
Peter also lightened the mood with a joke: “If it’s not funny, you get your money back… You don’t. I hope you’ll come and do it.”
Tickets for the shows go on sale Sunday, November 30, with performances beginning March 8, 2026.
The One Show airs weekdays at 7 pm on BBC One and is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
