Paddy McGuinness recently shared a heartwarming yet humorous moment from Valentine’s Day involving his youngest daughter, Felicity. The 52-year-old TV presenter spent the special day with his three children—twins Leo and Penelope, and Felicity—whom he shares with his ex-wife, Christine McGuinness.
Felicity, aged nine, gifted Paddy a homemade Valentine’s card that initially left him feeling touched. The front of the card featured a big red heart, the word “Daddy,” and a charming little heart doodle. However, Paddy’s warm feelings quickly turned to laughter when he read the message on the back.
Sharing a photo of the card on Instagram, Paddy wrote: “Spent Valentine’s Day with my three babies. We enjoyed sweets, fed the birds, and I’ve been treated to homemade cupcakes and a Sunday roast today!!! My youngest daughter made me a Valentine’s card, I was touched… until I read the back! Hope you had a belting weekend.”

The back of the card revealed a delightfully cheeky rhyme:
“Happy Valentines day. Here’s a little Valentine’s rymm [rhyme].
Roses are red, violets are blue,
I love you, but you stink of poos.”
Despite the playful joke, this glimpse into their family life shows the loving bond Paddy shares with his children. Since his 2022 separation from Christine McGuinness, the former couple has continued to co-parent their three kids together under one roof in Cheshire. They live in separate parts of the sizable family home to provide a stable environment for their children.
Though their marital home was listed for sale in 2025 to facilitate a fresh start, Paddy and Christine have maintained a respectful and amicable relationship. Their focus remains on ensuring a happy upbringing for their children, and moments like this Valentine’s Day card reflect the warmth and humor that continue to define their family life.
