Customers on the Shape Shifters: Agile tariff gain access to next-day pricing through a dedicated online portal, empowering them to plan and optimize their energy usage to maximize savings. By shifting consumption away from peak hours—typically between 4 and 7 pm—businesses can achieve savings exceeding 25%, potentially saving thousands of pounds annually.*
Building on the success of its predecessor, ‘Shape Shifters: Trio,’ which offered three pricing blocks (night, day, and peak), the Agile tariff offers even greater flexibility and cost efficiency. Trio-enabled businesses have successfully moved up to 98% of their peak energy use into cheaper periods, demonstrating SME readiness to adapt for smarter, more sustainable savings.
