New Solihull Padel Courts Apply for Alcohol Licence

Pure Padel Clubs Ltd is applying for a premises licence to sell alcohol at its new padel courts located on Streetsbrook Road, Solihull.

The company has submitted a formal application to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council to permit alcohol sales for on-site consumption every day from 11am until 10.30pm. This application is part of the licensing process overseen by the council, ensuring community awareness and feedback.

Residents, local businesses, and community groups have until 29 April 2026 to submit written representations supporting or opposing the licence. Comments must be addressed to the council’s Licensing Team, either by post at Council House, Manor Square, Solihull, B91 3QB, or via email at [email protected]. Submissions should include the sender’s full name, address, and reason for their position, with reference to the Licensing Act 2003 objectives: preventing crime and disorder, ensuring public safety, preventing public nuisance, and protecting children from harm.

The application is publicly available for inspection at the Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council offices. If significant concerns are raised, a licensing sub-committee may convene to review the case. Otherwise, the council could grant the licence as requested.

This licensing process offers the community a formal opportunity to influence decisions impacting the local area, particularly regarding noise levels, safety, and potential disturbances near the new Pure Padel Solihull facility.
