Announcing the upcoming opening on LinkedIn, a company spokesman said: “We’re excited to bring the ‘flower’ gelato experience to Birmingham at 109 New St. This marks an important milestone as it’s the first location to open under a new Area Development Agreement for the Birmingham area. We’re on schedule to open this March and can’t wait to welcome everyone to our boutique.”
