NatWest Offers £200 Bonus for Switching Current Accounts by May 6

NatWest is offering customers a £200 cash incentive to switch their main current account to the bank starting this week. From May 6, those who open a NatWest Select or Reward current account and complete a full switch using the Current Account Switch Service can benefit from this offer, potentially boosting their finances by hundreds of pounds.

According to NatWest, switching accounts is simple and convenient. Customers can use the Current Account Switch Service online or via the NatWest mobile app. All existing payments, including direct debits and standing orders, are automatically transferred to the new account within seven days.

To qualify for the £200 bonus, customers must open a Select or Reward account, finish the switch through the Current Account Switch Service, log in to the NatWest mobile app, and deposit at least £1,250 into the account within 60 days. Once these conditions are met, the £200 payment will be credited within 30 days.

Additionally, NatWest encourages customers to help their children develop financial skills early by offering a free Rooster Card subscription for children with both the Select and Reward accounts. The Rooster Card is a prepaid debit card designed to teach kids good money habits. Customers who choose the Reward account also receive £36 cashback per year.
