The Jubilee Inn, a popular pub in Studley on Bromsgrove Road, has kindly reminded its patrons to treat staff with respect and courtesy. While the majority of customers display excellent behaviour, the pub has observed instances of abusive and aggressive conduct that it cannot tolerate.
In a recent social media post, The Jubilee Inn emphasized how hard their team works to serve everyone as quickly as possible, especially during busy times. The pub asked customers to be patient and considerate when queuing at the bar, acknowledging that staff may not always immediately recognize who is next.
The message to customers was clear: “Abusive, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated. Our staff deserve to work in an environment free from unfair treatment, and anyone displaying such behaviour may be asked to leave.”
