Bailey, once hailed as part of Married At First Sight UK’s “strongest couple,” has revealed that his relationship with wife Rebecca has come to an end. Their surprising split comes just days after fans witnessed their affectionate moments during the show’s reunion.
A devoted father and partner, Bailey shared a heartfelt statement on Instagram to announce the separation. Accompanied by a new photograph, he expressed the difficulty of moving on after the experiment concluded.
He wrote, “Unfortunately it’s time to share that Bec and I are no longer together. We tried our best to navigate life after the experiment, and although we spent a lot of great time together on the outside, unfortunately the relationship came to an end.”

Bailey described the love he felt for Rebecca as genuine, calling their story ‘a true love story.’ He continued, “Watching us fall in love all over again on screen has been incredibly hard and is something I’m still struggling with. But I wouldn’t change any of it.”
Addressing rumors, Bailey denied any infidelity throughout their relationship. “I never cheated on Bec at any point. I didn’t handle our break up well and for that, I’m truly sorry. I was completely loyal the whole way through.”
He acknowledged his imperfections and accepted responsibility for his role in the relationship’s end: “I’m not perfect, and I take responsibility for my part in why the relationship didn’t work.”
