Man Jailed After Racist Incident Closes M42 Near Solihull

Geoffrey Brewer, 53, from Brierley Hill, was jailed following a disturbing incident on the M42 near Solihull. Brewer climbed over the railings on a motorway bridge near junction five, causing alarm and forcing a complete closure of the motorway for more than five hours.
