Christopher Nash has expressed remorse after admitting to assaulting three individuals in a single day, describing his actions as “a bit of madness”.
The incidents occurred on 23 April in Walsall, where Nash admitted to assaulting a hotel employee and a married couple during separate altercations.
According to prosecution by John Hopkins, Nash first entered a Walsall hotel at around 1.30pm. While there, another man ran in claiming that one of Nash’s associates had damaged his car. The hotel employee attempted to manage the situation but was punched in the side of the head by Nash before the group left the premises.

Later that same day, Nash confronted a group of workmen on a Walsall street. Neighbours reported hearing shouting, prompting them to investigate. During this incident, Nash grabbed a woman by the arm, pulling her in front of himself. When her husband tried to intervene, Nash swung a punch that struck the back of the man’s head.
Nash, 37, who is currently serving a prison sentence and is due for release in October, represented himself in court via video link at Dudley Magistrates' Court. After admitting to three counts of assault, he apologised to those affected, saying: “I’d like to apologise for the inconvenience to all involved. It was a bit of madness, I don’t even know what happened that day.”
The court ordered Nash to pay £200 in compensation to the first victim and a combined £250 to the couple.
