Brian Smith has admitted to causing significant damage to the safety glass at Leamore Wines, an off-licence in Pelsall, after a disagreement regarding change he received.
The incident occurred during a dispute over Smith being short-changed while making a purchase. In the course of the argument, Smith completely destroyed the safety glass installed at the store, resulting in considerable damage.
