Major UK Fashion Chain Enters Administration, Launches Nationwide Clearance Sale

Quiz, a prominent UK fashion retailer operating 40 stores nationwide, has officially entered administration earlier this month. In response, joint administrators Interpath have announced a clearance sale across all stores to sell remaining stock quickly.

In a recent statement, Interpath assured customers that “all 40 stores remain open” and that “additional clearance discounts will be applied to all remaining inventory.” They have also called for interested parties to come forward regarding the potential acquisition of Quiz’s stock, store operations, and infrastructure.

Customers who have made returns through Quiz’s online platform but have yet to receive refunds are advised that these refunds will not be processed by Quiz. Instead, they should contact their credit or debit card provider for assistance with reclaiming funds.

Geoff Jacobs, joint administrator and managing director at Interpath, emphasized the urgency for interested buyers: “We encourage any parties interested in acquiring Quiz’s assets to contact us promptly.” He also highlighted the support being offered to employees affected by redundancies during this challenging period.

Despite the company’s financial difficulties, Quiz’s stores continue to welcome shoppers looking to take advantage of significant discounts during this clearance event.
