Longest-Serving Fugitives on West Midlands Police’s Most Wanted List and Their Alleged Crimes

For years, West Midlands Police have been searching for several suspects who remain at large, making them the longest-serving members of the force’s most wanted list. Despite numerous public appeals and thousands of views of their mugshots, these individuals continue to evade capture.

Among those still on the run are individuals wanted for serious offenses including alleged attempted murder and wounding. Unfortunately, their current locations remain unknown to authorities.

The West Midlands Police most wanted list is publicly accessible and serves as a vital tool in investigations. Public appeals often generate leads, resulting in arrests and increasing pressure on fugitives to surrender. However, the ongoing search for these four suspects has yet to yield results.

Sayed Hersi leads the list as the longest-serving fugitive. First sought over five years ago in June 2020, he is wanted for breaching a court order. Now aged around 46 or 47, details about Hersi remain limited. His mugshot has garnered over 137,000 views on the police’s official most wanted gallery. Anyone with information is urged to contact West Midlands Police via Live Chat on their website, call 101, or reach out anonymously to Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.

Dann Hudson, 33, from Shirley, has also been on the run for five years. He is wanted on recall to prison after breaching licence conditions related to a wounding. Police continue to follow leads and encourage the public to provide any relevant information through Live Chat or by calling 101.

Neil Harrison has been unavailable since he failed to appear in court in early 2021. He faces charges for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and breaching a court order. Authorities ask anyone who sees him or has information to get in touch promptly.

Ajay Soni has been wanted since November 2021 concerning an alleged attempted murder that took place in Digbeth earlier that year. Police link him to an attack on three men on May 7. If anyone knows of Soni’s whereabouts, they should contact the police immediately, quoting reference number 20/413395/21.

The search for these individuals continues as police rely on the community’s assistance to bring them to justice.
