Lloyds Bank has unveiled significant improvements for customers in Birmingham and Warwickshire with the opening of two upgraded branches this week. On Monday, 6 July, the bank launched its brand-new Rugby branch, marking a £1.4 million investment in the heart of the town centre.
Simultaneously, Lloyds Bank reopened its refurbished Birmingham New Street branch after investing over £1 million in creating a modern, bright, and welcoming environment. Both branches have been thoughtfully designed to combine the latest technology with personalized, expert support.
Notably, the Birmingham New Street branch now offers new cash machines that provide 24/7 access for withdrawals and deposits, allowing customers to select preferred denominations of coins and notes. This enhancement gives customers greater convenience and flexibility, complemented by extended opening hours—until 5 pm on weekdays and 3 pm on Saturdays.
