Rumors swirled after Kerry Katona and her partner Paolo were spotted in Dubai around the same time as their close friend Katie Price married Lee Andrews. Speculation that Kerry had crashed Katie’s honeymoon quickly made headlines, but Kerry set the record straight in her exclusive column for new!.
Katie Price, 47, shocked friends when she announced her marriage to businessman Lee Andrews, who she had met on Instagram just two weeks prior in Dubai. Kerry, 45, admitted she was stunned by the sudden news but remains supportive despite calling Katie “absolutely bonkers.”
“Paolo and I went to Dubai for a romantic Valentine’s getaway, and we managed a quick 20-minute catch-up with Katie and Lee,” Kerry explained. Unfortunately, Paolo had to return to the UK for work shortly after arriving, leaving Kerry alone in Dubai for much of the trip — much to their disappointment.

Despite the whirlwind pace of Katie’s nuptials — announced mere days after her split from JJ Slater — Katie insists the marriage is genuine. Speaking on her YouTube channel, she expressed confidence in her decision: “I’m a grown woman, nearly 48, and I know what I’m doing. If I’m happy, that’s all that matters.”
Kerry, meanwhile, said she wouldn’t have rushed into marriage so quickly. “Katie just wants to be loved, and I love and support her no matter what, but she’s bonkers. When I get proposed to, I want it to be forever,” she revealed.
The newlyweds returned to Dubai for their honeymoon and invited Kerry and Paolo to join them, where the group appears to be enjoying themselves. Photos show Katie and Kerry happily together, signaling a warm reconciliation after their candid exchanges.
