Kelly Osbourne Confronts Online Bullies in Emotional Social Media Video

Kelly Osbourne, daughter of legendary rockstars Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, delivered a heartfelt message to online bullies in a recent Instagram video. At 41, Kelly revealed she has been overwhelmed by cruel comments about her appearance amid a challenging period in her life.

Speaking directly to her followers, she questioned what people expect from her during such a tough time. “What do you expect from me? What do you expect me to look like right now?” she asked. “The fact I’m getting out of bed and facing my life should be more than enough, and I should be commended for that.”

Kelly called out the harsh critics plainly, telling them to “take a strong, hard look at yourself.” She shared examples of the hurtful remarks she’s received, including messages that told her she “looks ill.” “Yes, I am ill right now,” she admitted. “My life has completely flipped upside down. I don’t understand why people expect me to bounce back and act like everything is fine when it’s not.”

The TV personality admitted to being open about her struggles, but emphasized that the toxic comments serve no purpose. “They’re just making you feel big and clever,” she said, “but all you’ve achieved is being a bully. It’s sick.”

One of the most disheartening revelations for Kelly was that many of the negative comments came from adult women, some of whom are counselors or mothers. “It is devastating that women can’t support other women,” she said. “They’d rather tear them down when their dad just died. It’s disgusting, and I’ve had enough of it.”

Kelly’s raw and honest response shines a light on the emotional toll of online harassment and the importance of kindness, especially during personal hardships.
