These fees are charged per person, per night, and are usually collected directly at the accommodation. Jet2 advises travelers to check the specific tourist tax applicable at their destination, as these amounts are subject to change by local governments without notice. Taxes are generally payable in local currency, with some destinations capping the fee to a number of consecutive nights.

Portugal:
- Albufeira, Olhos D’Agua, Santa Eulalia
€2 per person per night between April and October, applicable to guests aged 13+.
- Portimão, Lagoa and nearby resorts
€2 pppn from April to October, €1 pppn from November to March, paid directly at hotels. Villa stays include this tax in the cost.
- Faro
€2 pppn from March to October, €1 pppn from November to February, for guests 16+.
- Porto City
Up to €3 pppn with a maximum of €21 per stay for guests 12+.
- Olhao, Montegordo, Vilamoura
Taxes ranging from €0.50 to €2 pppn depending on location and season.

Taxes vary by star rating, ranging from €0.60 to €7.50 per person per night, with +10% VAT applied. Fees increase from April 2026 onwards.
