Sutton Coldfield is buzzing today as the brand new Harvey Norman department store officially opens its doors. Often referred to as the ‘Australian John Lewis,’ this much-anticipated store promises exciting offers and a fresh shopping experience for the local community.
Located in the Gracechurch Centre on the Parade, Harvey Norman takes over the former BHS premises, which has remained largely unused for nearly a decade since BHS departed in 2016. This new venture marks a significant development for Sutton Coldfield’s retail landscape.
Managing Director Lachlan Roach expressed his enthusiasm: “I’m thrilled to introduce the Harvey Norman store in Sutton Coldfield. We open at 11am today and to celebrate, will be offering 200 complimentary cupcakes from Silver Tree Bakery, live music from a marching band, and fantastic deals across TVs, mattresses, sofas, dishwashers, and more.”
