Michelle Fisher, a devoted mother of three and a much-loved teaching assistant at West Hill Primary School in Cannock, tragically took her own life on Friday, February 20, after experiencing a difficult time.
For nearly a decade, Michelle was a familiar and warm presence at the school, where she played an important role in supporting children and connecting with families. Her natural kindness and humor made her a beacon of care within the local community.
Michelle leaves behind her three children: Morgan, 22, Jake, 18, and Harvey, 13, who now face the heartbreaking loss of their loving mother. Her family describes her as someone who filled every room with warmth and affection, always prioritizing the well-being of others above her own.

Saturday afternoons spent at Hednesford Town FC watching “The Pitmen” were among her happiest times, sharing joy and camaraderie with friends and family.
In honor of Michelle’s memory, Hednesford Town FC will observe a minute of applause before their game on Saturday, March 14, as a tribute to her enduring spirit.
