Four men have been charged following a County Lines investigation after police raids in Birmingham’s Highgate area.
Derek Dovalle, 23, Emilio Robertson, 20, Omari Lester, 18, and Daiyaan Campbell-Lawrence, 19, were arrested and charged with being involved in the supply of Class A drugs. All four men, residents of Birmingham, were due to appear at the city’s magistrates court on February 3.
The operation was carried out by the County Lines Taskforce (CLTF), which conducted two warrants on February 2 at addresses in Highgate. Officers were supported by colleagues from across the West Midlands Police force, including the Operational Support Unit.

During the raids, significant quantities of suspected heroin and crack cocaine were recovered and sent for forensic analysis.
Detective Inspector Mark Robinson, from the CLTF, described the operation as a “significant” effort, highlighting the swift planning and professionalism of all involved. He also thanked the local community for their ongoing support in helping police combat the supply of illegal drugs in the area.
