Richard Clay, 41, a former employee of Solihull Council, has been given a 12-month prison sentence suspended for two years after admitting to a series of offences involving upskirting and voyeurism. The charges came to light when his wife discovered an SD card containing upskirting videos. At Birmingham Crown Court, Clay admitted to 15 counts of upskirting, nine counts of voyeurism, and possessing four category C indecent images of children. Despite the serious nature of the offences, the court decided to suspend his prison sentence for two years, allowing him to avoid immediate custody.
