DWP Personal Independence Payment Claimants Offered Online Guide to Lifetime Benefits for £49.99

A disability support website is offering Personal Independence Payment (PIP) claimants an online guide that it claims can help secure disability benefits potentially lasting a lifetime, for a fee of £49.99. The guide, created by Karol Slusarczyk, is promoted as an investment with the potential to deliver a return 190 times greater than its cost.

The website, operating under the domain name pipexpert.co.uk, provides step-by-step instructions aimed at helping PIP claimants maximise their benefits. It cautions users against losing out on thousands of pounds due to incorrect wording on claim forms. In addition to the basic guide, the site offers premium options priced at £99.99 and a “mandatory reconsideration pack” for £149.99.

Slusarczyk explained that he launched the website in response to perceived shortcomings in the benefits system, which, he says, can fail individuals who struggle to articulate their disabilities using the specific language required by law. He stressed that the service firmly opposes benefit fraud, stating that the guidance provided is based solely on official regulations and published DWP criteria. The guidance relies on information customers provide about their conditions and daily life, without adding or exaggerating symptoms.

Customers are encouraged to personalise the wording when completing their forms, submit the documentation themselves, and sign declarations confirming the truthfulness of their claims. Slusarczyk emphasises that he does not submit any forms directly to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

This service arrives at a time when the number of PIP beneficiaries has reached 4 million. It coincides with the ongoing Timms Review, which is examining potential changes to the PIP system.
