After finally receiving a proper diagnosis, Kelly underwent six intense cycles of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, the treatment didn’t fully succeed, and she now faces the next phase of her fight: specialist radiation therapy at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester. This requires her to relocate over 100 miles away, adding financial and emotional strain just as she battles her illness.
Throughout this ordeal, Kelly’s unwavering partner, Olivia Read, 28, has been by her side. Shortly after Kelly’s diagnosis, the couple got engaged, choosing love and hope in the face of uncertainty.
