For those seeking an affordable Sunday lunch getaway, The Fox Inn in the picturesque village of Chaddesley Corbett has introduced an enticing £10 two-course carvery offer. Located just a 40-minute drive from Birmingham via the M5, this charming pub invites diners to choose between a starter or a dessert alongside their hearty carvery.
Landlord Ben Giles shared with The Kidderminster Shuttle that the special deal is a heartfelt effort to support the community during these challenging economic times. “The economy is very tight at the moment, and the last place some people can go is for a meal out; it is a real luxury for some,” Ben explained. Having managed the pub for nearly eight years and faced obstacles like lockdowns and a tough hospitality climate, Ben emphasizes the importance of delivering excellent food and service while offering value.
Chaddesley Corbett itself is a delightful destination, featuring a quaint church and a nearby garden centre, along with a petrol station known for some of the lowest fuel prices in the area.

The carvery deal, trialed in January, was reintroduced following positive customer feedback. “We’ve had a good response. While we’re busy, we’re not packed,” Ben said. “We’re focused on giving a great deal and making sure people know about it. The Fox has always been a carvery pub, and this offer reflects that tradition.”
Please note, the £10 price applies to customers paying with cash; card payments incur a £1 surcharge.
