Birmingham’s Top Streets Plagued by Antisocial Behaviour in 2025

Newly released data highlights the Birmingham neighborhoods most afflicted by antisocial behaviour (ASB) in 2025. Analysis of West Midlands Police reports by BirminghamLive reveals areas where residents continue to face daily challenges from disruptive youths.

Across the city, thousands of ASB offences were logged within the year leading up to October 2025. Among these, Small Heath and Highgate emerged as Birmingham’s worst hotspot, recording 418 incidents — averaging more than one offence per day.

Other significant trouble spots include Aston with 405 offences, Longbridge at 353, Lozells and East Handsworth with 343, Ladywood tallying 318, and Acocks Green recording 317 incidents.

These figures represent only those incidents reported to the police, suggesting many residents endure ongoing nuisances in silence, from late-night shouting to loitering groups.

Antisocial behaviour ranges widely, often involving rowdy or intimidating conduct such as youths congregating loudly in residential areas or near local shops. Although some incidents may seem minor, collectively they disrupt neighborhood life and impact residents’ sense of safety and wellbeing.
