Birmingham gym owner urges change after schoolboy suffers serious injury in car collision

A 13-year-old schoolboy sustained a broken leg after being struck by a car on Montgomery Street in Sparkbrook on July 23. The incident has prompted a local gym owner to speak out strongly against the dangers faced by pedestrians in the area.
