Birmingham City Council is set to sell six shop units situated in one of the city’s most sought-after areas, Harborne. These commercial properties, located off Harborne Park Road, Albert Walk, and Albert Road, will be offered at Bond Wolfe’s upcoming auction on Thursday, 10 September.
The units will be available with guide prices ranging from £100,000 to £180,000. Most of the shops already have tenants in place and benefit from good footfall due to their position on the same parade just off the bustling Harborne High Street.
