Birmingham City Council is set to auction off a variety of properties this month, offering investors and developers a unique opportunity to acquire prime assets across the city. The auction, hosted by Bond Wolfe, will feature seven key lots, including land parcels, commercial units, and a community centre. The event is scheduled for 8:30 am on Thursday, March 26.
Among the highlights is a freehold plot adjacent to 1 Stone Road in Edgbaston, with a guide price of £100,000. Spanning approximately 4,380 square feet, this vacant land sits at a major junction where Lee Bank Middleway and Belgrave Middleway meet the A38 Bristol Road—close to new residential builds and student housing.
