During a Christmas Day journey on the M6, Slawomir Marciszewski was caught driving at a dangerous speed of 110mph in a grey Audi A6, well above the 70mph motorway limit.
The incident occurred near junction 12, close to the Gailey Interchange. Staffordshire Police apprehended Marciszewski, who admitted to the offence in court.
At the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on June 24, the 43-year-old resident of Borrowdale, Rugby, was fined £461, ordered to pay £120 in costs, and a £184 victim surcharge. Additionally, his driving licence received six penalty points.
